Brand Shoot: North Swell, Mystic

I hoped the cloud cover would hold while I texted the owned of North Swell, a brand with Connecticut roots and ocean DNA. "At the shop, waiting on the kids." Got a few spare minutes. Walked the grounds. Low tide gave us a window to shoot on the rocks of Ender's Island. I noted spots that would give us the vibe we were aiming for: iPhone-photoshoot-at-the-beach-for-someone's-instagram. Maybe a little bit of Endless Summer despite the frigid temps. We got it, then split to downtown Mystic by the drawbridge catching the late day sun. Great group of kids, great shoot.

Bridget and Ryan: Essex, Ct

It’s hard to believe just over a week ago we were in a heat wave! Thankfully it broke just in time for Bridget and Ryan’s wedding in Essex at one of the most beautiful houses I’ve ever seen. Everything was planned with the utmost care and attention to detail and it was the perfect way to end the wedding season as Bridget and Ryan danced the night away under string lights on an early September night. Daniele and Kate: Holcomb Farm, Ct

Daniele and Kate's Holcomb Farm wedding was a spectacular day made memorable by two people with possibly the biggest hearts I've met. Sure, it was hot, but all eyes were on the couple who met in Italy in a coffee shop. As a photographer, I couldn't have asked to spend the day with better people, especially when Kate was willing to walk through the fields while I crawled alongside in the grass! And thanks to @schuyler.rees for the assist on the shoot! Congrats you two and soak it in!
